on BIG MAGIC is being eagerly awaited. BIG Bal Kalakaar, the first ever soul stirring Devotional Singing
Reality TV show, for the Hindi Heartland of UP, MP, Bihar & Jharkand, continue
to bring solemnity and devotion in to every home week after week. This week, BIG BAL Kalakaar opens its episode
with the Agnihotri Bandhu - the twin brothers (Rakesh-Devesh) singing Bhakti
geet. With their chiseled skills which they have developed over a period of
time, they have chosen to express themselves in devotional songs. Listening to
Rakesh and Devesh is a unique experience for those who appreciate devotional or
bakhti geet. Singing devotional songs in the format of Bhajans, Kathas and Ramayana
has been ancient Indian tradition. Agnihotri
Bandhu have not only picked those traditions but also established their
unique distinctiveness.
After their rendition the
young participants sang some well known bhajans and also popular bhajans from
Hindi films. What is even more heartwarming to the viewer is the presence of mythological
facts and anecdotes being interspersed in the episodes, which takes the
episodes to another level. Few weeks
down the episodes and the young singers today are more or else established and
also have a huge fan following each week.
The Sunday episode opens
with Prajakta’s melodious singing. Bal Naraad’s interaction with the kids in
the Tapasya Chakra, inspiring them to give their best, plus those funny little
moments that bring a smile to the young faces ,make for interesting episodes.BIG BAL Kalakaar, is the Hindi
Heartland’s very own devotional music show that encourages Sangeet mein
sanskaar among children from very young.
