Sahara One Television brings alive the rivalry between the two neighbouring nations, India and Pakistan to the forefront albeit on a different battlefield. Get ready to be lead and judged by the best and your favourite singing celebrities on a show that will let people live this desire. The sensational new reality show SUR-KSHETRA from the Sahara One stable will provide true blue singing talents from India and Pakistan with an opportunity to display their vocal talent and outperform their rivals. SUR-KSHETRA kick-starts from India with 6 city auditions and from Pakistan with 3 city auditions from December 24, 2011.

·          Ludhiana - Wed, December 28

·          Indore - Fri, December 30

The selected singing warriors from the auditioning cities of both nations will assemble at ground zero. They will further undergo grilling through various levels of rigorous selection processes and a select team of smashing musical warriors from both nations will be carved out. Noted singer-music director turned actor, Himesh Reshammiya, will captain the Indian team of singers while his counterpart singer turned actor from Pakistan, Atif Aslam will lead the team from across the border.

Auditions, the first phase of SUR-KSHETRA rolls out from December 24 in Lucknow and Kolkata, India. For registering participation in India, the aspiring singers will have to SMS AUDITION TO 59090. All the aspiring singer participants will get a reply sms with details of participation for auditions in the six cities.

Sahara One Television through its singing reality show, SUR-KSHETRA will provide a platform to singing talents from India and Pakistan.
