JAI JAI JAI BAJRANGBALI!
Mumbai June 2 : Sahara One has always been at the forefront in meeting and fulfulling its viewers spiritual and religious emotions with its mythological series. Be it Ganesh Leela, Om Namoh Narayana or the ongoing Mata Ki Chowki, Sahara One’s mythological series have always been appreciated by the viewers.
Now, Sahara One, in collaboration with the production house of Sagar Arts, humbly brings to its viewers a reverent depiction of the epic story of Lord Hanuman in “JAI JAI JAI BAJRANGBALI” starting Monday, June 6, Every Monday to Friday at 8.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m.
Lord Hanuman’s worship and devotion is celebrated in a variety of religious and cultural traditions, all over Asia and the world. In India, Ram Bhakta Hanuman has a special place in every devotee’s heart. An ardent devotee of Lord Ram, a general among the vanaras, Lord Hanuman is also known as Anjaneya, Maruti, Pavanputra, Anjaniputra, Bajrangbali and Hanumat. Such is the faith in Lord Hanuman, that he is worshipped for a variety of reasons – for fortitude and strength, for protection from fear of any ill force and also for relief from the ill effects of “Shani”. So renowned is the devotion of Lord Hanuman to Shri Ram that it is believed, Lord Hanuman is present wherever the Ramayana katha is read, responding to the call of His unconditional believers.
As a manifestation of Lord Shiva as the 11th Rudravtar, Lord Hanuman has most of the virtues of Lord Shiva and is a yogi like him. Lord Hanuman is portrayed in all Hindu spiritual literature as a karma yogi forever immersed in the service of Lord Ram. He is also a destroyer like Lord Shiva when the need arises. His weapon is the mace he carries, which he uses to destroy enemies. In a more spiritual sense, the destruction associated with Lord Shiva is the destruction of the ego of those who think they are invincible like Ravana. For example, Lord Hanuman does exactly that when he confronts Ravana in his darbar in Lanka and later burns the golden Lanka to ashes with his tail, which is set on fire by Ravana’s soldiers.

“JAI JAI JAI BAJRANGBALI” will follow the story of Lord Hanuman from his birth to his meeting Shri Ram, the battle against Ravana and the rescue of Mata Sita, to his desire that he remains on earth as long as Rama’s name is venerated by people. A new approach to the story will tell the purpose of Lord Hanuman’s coming to the mortal world as the eleventh Rudravtar of Lord Shiva, the destroyer and transformer among the trinities.

This lavishly mounted serial will portray Lord Hanuman’s life and service to humanity in delivering the world from the atrocities of invincible demons like Ravana, and mortal agonies like disease and evil influences. These will form the central idea of the script of Jai Jai Jai Bajrangbali.
Sagar Arts known for its landmark series including Ramayan, which changed the television landscape, Jai Ganga Maiya, Jai Mahalakshmi, Jai Maa Durga, Shri Krishna, Sai Baba, and many others.
